Scope. These Terms govern your use of glimeo.ai and Glimeo Studio at app.glimeo.ai, operated by CloudAxis Labs LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. Shared auth and billing terms also apply — see cloudybot.ai/terms.
1. Launch beta
Glimeo is in launch beta (July 2026). Features, quality, quotas, and availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific demo quality during beta.
Hosting window
We host the demo. On the free plan we keep it for 14 days from when it is ready. During those 14 days the share link works, you may embed it, and you may download it. After 14 days we delete the video and the link stops. Another demo bought on the free plan has its own 14 days.
On Starter, Pro, or Business we keep your demos while the plan is active, including through the end of a period you have already paid for. When the paid plan has ended, we keep them for 14 more days. The link, embed, and download keep working during those 14 days. Then we delete them. If you start a paid plan again during those 14 days, we keep the demos. After we delete them, a new plan does not restore them.
Deleting a project removes that video immediately. The link, the embed, the download, and any search listing stop. The 14-day window does not keep a project you deleted. Deleting your account removes every demo on the account the same way.
If you turn on List in search engines, we include that demo in our video sitemap so search engines can find the page, the player, and the video address. We do not upload the file to Google or Bing. Turning listing off, revoking the link, deleting the project, or the end of the hosting window removes the demo from the sitemap and stops the page. A search engine that already stored a result can keep it until it updates.
A copy you have already downloaded stays on your device. We may remove a demo sooner when the law, a copyright notice, or these terms require it.
2. Acceptable use
You may only submit URLs and content you have the right to record and publish. Do not use Glimeo to access systems without authorization, harvest credentials, violate law, or infringe third-party rights. We may suspend access for abuse.
Turning on List in search engines for a share link is publishing. List only a demo you have the right to publish. Recording or listing a site, product, or footage you do not own and do not have permission to showcase is not allowed. That includes other people’s copyrighted material and personal data you have no right to publish.
3. AI-generated and synthetic content
Demos may include AI-generated narration and, in future releases, synthetic presenter video. You are responsible for accurate representation of your product and for platform-compliant labeling when publishing (e.g. YouTube, LinkedIn synthetic media policies).
4. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your underlying product. Subject to your CloudyBot plan, you receive a license to use exported deliverables for your business. Glimeo retains its software, templates, models integration, and know-how. Do not reverse-engineer the service.
5. No warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that demos will increase conversions, meet platform approvals, or remain accurate as third-party sites change.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudAxis Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of Glimeo.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, URLs submitted, or published demos, including a demo you chose to list in search engines, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. DMCA / copyright
Report infringement to legal@cloudaxis.ai with subject DMCA Notice and enough detail for us to find the work and the share URL. When a notice does that, we revoke that share link, remove it from the video sitemap, and may suspend an account that repeats the infringement. Counter-notices follow the process on cloudaxis.ai/trust.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
