Scope. These Terms govern your use of glimeo.ai and the Glimeo Studio beta (accessed via CloudyBot), operated by CloudAxis Labs LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. CloudyBot subscription terms also apply where you use shared auth and billing — see cloudybot.ai/terms.
1. Beta service
Glimeo is in private beta. Features, quality, quotas, and availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific demo quality during beta.
2. Acceptable use
You may only submit URLs and content you have the right to record and publish. Do not use Glimeo to access systems without authorization, harvest credentials, violate law, or infringe third-party rights. We may suspend access for abuse.
3. AI-generated and synthetic content
Demos may include AI-generated narration and, in future releases, synthetic presenter video. You are responsible for accurate representation of your product and for platform-compliant labeling when publishing (e.g. YouTube, LinkedIn synthetic media policies).
4. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your underlying product. Subject to your CloudyBot plan, you receive a license to use exported deliverables for your business. Glimeo retains its software, templates, models integration, and know-how. Do not reverse-engineer the service.
5. No warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that demos will increase conversions, meet platform approvals, or remain accurate as third-party sites change.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudAxis Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of Glimeo.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, URLs submitted, or published demos, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. DMCA / copyright
Report infringement to legal@cloudaxis.ai with sufficient detail for us to act.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
