Scope. This Privacy Policy applies to Glimeo — the glimeo.ai marketing website and the Glimeo Studio beta at cloudybot.ai/glimeo — operated by CloudAxis Labs LLC (“we”, “us”), 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Account authentication, billing, and much of the processing infrastructure are shared with CloudyBot. For account-level privacy details, also see CloudyBot Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
Marketing site (glimeo.ai)
Static pages do not require login. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and request consent where required. Contact emails you send to us are processed to respond to you.
Glimeo Studio
When you use Studio with your CloudyBot account, we may process:
- Account identifiers (email, user ID) via CloudyBot auth
- URLs you paste for demo recording and freshness watch
- Browser automation sessions (e.g. via Browserbase) including page content visible during recording
- Screen captures, edit timelines (EDL), narration audio, and exported video files stored in your CloudyBot file workspace
- Chat messages you send to edit demos
- Usage and quota meters for Glimeo beta limits
2. How we use information
To provide demo generation, editing, narration, export, freshness notifications, security, abuse prevention, billing through CloudyBot, and support. We send necessary portions of prompts and content to AI and TTS providers to generate narration and edits. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.
3. Sharing
We use subprocessors listed on /subprocessors/. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. Retention
Demo projects and exports remain until you delete them or your account. Account deletion follows CloudyBot processes. Logs may be retained for security. Contact privacy@cloudaxis.ai for deletion requests.
5. Security
We implement reasonable safeguards. See Security. No system is perfectly secure.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data. Contact privacy@cloudaxis.ai. We do not sell personal information as defined under California law.
7. International transfers
We are a U.S. company. Providers may process data in the U.S., EU (e.g. Hetzner Germany), or other regions listed on our Subprocessors page.
8. Children
Glimeo is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
