Scope. This Privacy Policy applies to Glimeo — the glimeo.ai marketing website and the Glimeo Studio beta at app.glimeo.ai — operated by CloudAxis Labs LLC (“we”, “us”), 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Account authentication, billing, and much of the processing infrastructure are shared with CloudyBot. For account-level privacy details, also see CloudyBot Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
Marketing site (glimeo.ai)
Static pages do not require login. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and request consent where required. Contact emails you send to us are processed to respond to you.
Glimeo Studio
When you use Studio with your CloudyBot account, we may process:
- Account identifiers (email, user ID) via CloudyBot auth
- URLs you paste for demo recording and freshness watch
- Browser automation sessions (e.g. via Browserbase) including page content visible during recording
- Screen captures, edit timelines (EDL), narration audio, and exported video files stored in your CloudyBot file workspace
- Chat messages you send to edit demos
- Usage and quota meters for Glimeo beta limits
2. How we use information
To provide demo generation, editing, narration, export, freshness notifications, security, abuse prevention, billing through CloudyBot, and support. We send necessary portions of prompts and content to AI and TTS providers to generate narration and edits. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.
3. Sharing
We use subprocessors listed on /subprocessors/. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Public share links
A share link can be watched by anyone who has it. Glimeo Studio itself stays private.
List in search engines stays off until you turn it on for that demo. When it is on, that demo’s page is allowed for search-engine crawlers and is included in the video sitemap on app.glimeo.ai. We do not upload the video file to Google or Bing.
The recording can show whatever was on screen, including other people’s names, email addresses, or customer data. Turn listing on only if you have the right to make that public.
Turning listing off, revoking the link, deleting the project, or the end of the hosting window removes that demo from the video sitemap and stops the page. A search engine that already stored the page can keep a copy until it recrawls.
4. Retention
We keep a demo, its files, and its share link for a hosting window.
Free. 14 days from the moment the demo is ready. For those 14 days the link works, you can embed it, and you can download it. Then we delete the video and the link stops. Another demo you buy on the free plan has its own 14 days.
Starter, Pro, and Business. We keep your demos while the plan is active, including through the end of a period you already paid for. When the paid plan has ended, we keep them for 14 more days. The link, the embed, and the download keep working during those 14 days. Then we delete them. Starting a paid plan again during those 14 days keeps them. After we delete them, a new plan does not restore them.
Delete. Deleting a project removes that video immediately. The link, the embed, the download, and any search listing stop. The 14 days do not keep a project you deleted. Deleting your account is the same removal for every demo on the account.
A video you have already downloaded stays on your device. Logs may be retained for security. Database backups rotate on a short cycle and are not used to put a deleted demo back online. We may remove a demo sooner when the law or these terms require it. Contact privacy@cloudaxis.ai for deletion requests.
5. Security
We implement reasonable safeguards. See Security. No system is perfectly secure.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data. Contact privacy@cloudaxis.ai. We do not sell personal information as defined under California law.
7. International transfers
We are a U.S. company. Providers may process data in the U.S., EU (e.g. Hetzner Germany), or other regions listed on our Subprocessors page.
8. Children
Glimeo is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. The date above will change when we do.
