How a demo is charged
A finished voiceover demo is 2 credits. We split that so a later revoice is only the voice.
- 1 credit for the demo. Any length your plan allows.
- 1 credit for the voiceover. Any length.
- 1 credit to revoice after you change the words.
- 2 credits per minute for a stock presenter, on top of the demo and the voice.
- 4 credits per minute for your picture and voice, on top of the demo and the voice.
Signup is 2 credits: that one free demo and its voiceover. A $5 pack is 2 credits, one more voiceover demo. $10 is 4 credits, one 1-minute video with a stock presenter. On a paid plan, $10 adds 5 voiceover demos.
Scout, storyboard, and rehearsal are free. Downloading the same finished demo again is free. If we fail, that step is refunded.
All paid plans include real-browser capture, plan approval before render, and brand kit. Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10. Subscribe in Studio → Settings.
How many demos you get
Pro is 50 demos, not 60. 10 of those 50 can have a presenter. The other 40 are voiceover. Business is 100 demos, not 120. 20 of those 100 can have a presenter. The other 80 are voiceover. Starter is 15 demos. 5 of those 15 can have a stock presenter. The presenter demos are up to 3 minutes. Scout, storyboard, and rehearsal are free. A redo counts as another demo.

What is a demo with a presenter versus a voiceover demo?
Pro is 50 demos maximum. 10 of those 50 can have a presenter. The other 40 are voiceover. Business is 100. 20 of those 100 can have a presenter. The other 80 are voiceover. It is not 50 plus 10.
Do unused demos roll over?
What you do not use this month resets. A yearly plan keeps the rest of the year.
What if Glimeo fails to render my video?
Our mistake = free. If the pipeline fails on our side, that demo is not counted, and you can retry at no cost.
What if I want changes after approval?
A redo you ask for (different flow, new voiceover, new presenter) counts as another demo. A failure on our side does not.
How long do you keep my video?
On the free plan we keep the demo for 14 days from when it is ready. The link, the embed, and the download work for those 14 days. Then we delete it.
On Starter, Pro, and Business we keep your demos while the plan is active, including the rest of a period you already paid for. When the plan has ended we keep them for 14 more days, and the link, embed, and download keep working. Then we delete them. Subscribe again during those 14 days and they stay. After we delete them, a new plan does not bring them back.
Deleting a project removes that video immediately. The link, the embed, the download, and any search listing stop. The 14 days do not keep a project you deleted.
We list a demo in search engines only if you turn on List in search engines. That puts the page, the player, and the video address in our video sitemap. We do not upload the file to Google or Bing. Turning listing off, deleting the project, or the end of the hosting window removes it from the sitemap and stops the page. A result a search engine already stored can remain until that search engine updates.
Can I buy more demos?
Signup is one voiceover demo (2 credits). Another voiceover demo is $5. A 1-minute video with a stock presenter is $10 (4 credits). On a paid plan, $10 adds 5 voiceover demos.
Is the presenter a paid add-on?
No. On Pro, 10 of the 50 demos can have a presenter (8 stock and 2 your picture). The other 40 are voiceover. On Business, 20 of the 100 can (15 stock and 5 your picture). The other 80 are voiceover.
