How credits work
One credit covers the full pipeline: scout your product, approve the storyboard, record in a real browser, narrate with AI voiceover, add your presenter, polish, and export. When you run out, buy top-ups at your plan rate or upgrade.

What counts as a credit?
Credits pay for finished videos by length. Watermarked exports: Quick (~1 min) = 1, Full Tour (~3 min) = 3, Deep Dive (~6 min) = 4. Clean exports add +1 credit. You choose per demo in Studio — paid users can keep the watermark to save a credit. Scout, approve, record, narrate, presenter, polish, export — all included.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Your 2 free signup credits and any Single purchase do not expire on a subscription schedule.
What if Glimeo fails to render my video?
Our mistake = free. If the pipeline fails on our side, you are not charged. If credits were already debited, they are refunded automatically and you can retry at no cost.
What if I want changes after approval?
User-driven redos (different flow, slower voiceover, new presenter) cost the tier's credits — that is a new generation. Platform failures never cost you a credit.
